In our operations we focus in six of the UN Sustainable Development Goals of the Agenda 2030.
Goal 2. End hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture.
We want to transition to using regeneratively farmed and produced ingredients in the food we serve, and, in our sourcing, to pay attention to the climate impacts in countries of origin.
Goal 12. Ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns.
We want to reduce food waste and we improve our resource and material efficiency in our operational chain. We trial innovative processes and utilize the opportunities provided by digitalization.
Goal 13. Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts.
We actively seek for new solutions to reduce the climate emissions in our entire operations. We want to offer services that have been produced sustainably and by making choices that save natural resources.
Goal 14. Conserve and sustainably use the oceans, seas and marine resources for sustainable development
Goal 15. Protect, restore and promote sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems, sustainably manage forests, combat desertification, and halt and reverse land degradation and halt biodiversity loss.
In the food that we serve we want to use ingredients that have been grown in a manner that is regenerative, reduces eutrofication of seas, lakes, and waterways, and improves biodiversity.
Goal 17. Strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development.
We participate in the sustainability collaboration in our industry and in general to support the development of the food chain.
To reach these goals persistent collaborative development is required from ourselves and the whole industry.
