Accessibility Statement

Leijona Catering Oy strives to ensure the accessibility of its website leijonacatering.fi in accordance with the Act on the Provision of Digital Services.

This statement is based on an inspection performed with testing software, as well as an assessment by the tester. The statement was last updated on September 29th, 2025.

Status of Accessibility

This website partially meets the levels A and AA requirements set out in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.

Non-Accessible Content

The website contains links to documents (PDF files) that are not fully accessible.

The website is not yet fully compliant with the accessibility requirements:

  • Incorrect heading markup and illogical heading hierarchy. Some pages are missing h1 headings. (WCAG 1.3.1)
  • Links are not visually distinguished from surrounding text. Only a faint background color is used to indicate selection. (WCAG 1.4.1)
  • In some places, text color is too light, and hover effects lighten the text so much that contrast requirements are not met. Links are also difficult to recognize, especially within body text, since they lack visual identifiers. (WCAG 1.4.3)
  • Several interactive elements have insufficient contrast. (WCAG 1.4.11)
  • External links and PDF files are not clearly indicated to users. Entire URL addresses are used as link text. (WCAG 2.4.4)
  • The search field and some icon buttons are missing visible labels. (WCAG 3.3.2)
